  Crockett Days Celebration at David Crockett State Park

The second weekend of August in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee means it’s time for David Crockett Days at David Crockett State Park. If you're looking for a woodsy atmosphere with an abundance of wildlife, trails and Tennessee history, then you'll want to make this drive to see the park where pioneer statesman David Crockett made his home on the banks of Shoal Creek while also operating a powder mill, grist mill and distillery.
